Casa de Paz is a 2,500 square foot 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom private luxury home with a private infinity pool located steps from the best part of Santa Teresa beach. This home was completed in May 2021 and can sleep 2-10 people comfortably. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the jungle, mountain, and ocean views while listening to the sound of the waves, or walk 4 minutes to a beautiful white sand beach and world class surfing. Restaurants and super market are also within walking distance. Casa de Paz comes with all the amenities, AC in every room, high speed fiber optic internet and wifi, Cable and apple tv, flat screen tv, gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, filtered tap water, strong water pressure, and outside propane BBQ. 3 bedrooms with king size beds and balconies with ocean views, and 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and jungle views. The property is family friendly for all ages. There is a pack and play crib, high chair, and twin mattress for toddlers who like to sleep next to mom and dad available upon request. On the property there are many fruit trees (mango, lime, grapefruit, avocado, cherry, orange, gunabana, and a form of apple) which not only attract many wild life right outside the house, but can be picked by guest for their own enjoyment. Fresh eggs can also be enjoyed by guest which are produced every day by our 10 hens who live on the property. Guest can enjoy viewing and petting the hens in their coop when they want to grab some eggs for breakfast. From the moment you book your stay at Casa de Paz, you will have a full time concierge at your complete service to handle your every need, and offer recommendations. Professional landscape care takers work on the property during the day and can also help with any concerns you may have. Every night a security guard will walk the property to keep the property more secure. You will sleep like a baby with the new comfortable mattresses, cozy down comforters, black out blinds, ac pumping and knowing the security guard is awake watching out for you. Although there is never any crime where the house is located, it is just another luxury guests will have while staying at Casa de Paz. The local activities that can be arranged for you by our concierge include horse back riding, Atv/golf cart/car/4x4 4 seaters rentals, hikes, surfing, fishing, zip lining, snorkeling, national parks for guaranteed animal viewing, and great night life.
